PROJECTS AND EXPLORATION

Here you will find information on exploration of new and interesting shipwreck sites where an identification has not yet been made, but efforts continue to study the wreck site. In some cases, we are eventually able to confirm the identity of the wreck. In other cases, we only are able to put forth a theory on a potential identity. Only sites we feel are interesting enough to warrant further study are listed here. This generally excludes barges, which litter the sea floor of Mass Bay.
