U-869/U-Who Expedition 2002

July 13-14, 2002

Departing from Barnegat, NJ aboard the John Jack, join
Northern Atlantic Dive Expeditions on an
expedition to the once-mystery u-boat, U-869.


Charter Fees and Policies:

The price for the expedition is $395.00

A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due upon reservation and no later than March 15, 2002
Balance of $145.00 is due no later than June 1, 2002.

This expedition includes air fills and all meals
light breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There will be no fuel surcharges.

Refund Policy.
If the conditions are unsuitable for a trip to the U-869,
the alternate locations may be deep Mud Hole wrecks
and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

If we try to run to only the wreck of the U-Who and get turned back, a 50% refund will be granted.

Each diver is limited to 3 sets of doubles and 6 stage bottles.
Divers may bring pre-mix and air top mixes; however,
all necessary equipment is the responsibility of the individual

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations prior to March 15 will require forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations following March 15 are not accepted without full payment.


General Information:

The depth of this wreck (230 fsw) makes it beyond the safe limits for
air diving.  All divers must be certified to use trimix in order to participate in this
expedition as well as have sufficient dives to the said depth.

All divers are under their own care, custody and control when diving.
All divers will be required to fill out liability release waivers and
diver data sheets prior to participating in activity though this organization.
