Zipper Repair

We offer expert zipper repair! All suits are leak tested as part of our

Zippers are cut out of the suit and ground out.

Neoprene cement is layered on both the zipper and the

suit after the surfaces are prepped.

The zipper is carefully laid into the suit. It is essential

that the zipper lines up correctly and is free from creases

or air bubbles. We sew all TLS and FLX DUI suit

zippers in after it is glued.

After the zipper is laid into the suit, it is rolled down and

coated 4-6 layers of urethane to insure a watertight seal.

We stock various size zippers and offer rush service if

needed. Certain limitations and restrictions apply.

All suits are leak-tested as part of the zipper repair

service. We uses the same spec tank that DUI uses

to test their suits! This is a custom military spec tank!
